For transparency purposes a roster of the Special Council must be maintained as a registry within the framework.

## \[12.10.1] Scope of the roster

The roster must include:

1. All currently serving Special Council members.
2. All currently serving Interim Special Council members.

Each entry in the roster must include:

1. The individuals full name
2. The individuals title *(Special Council or Interim Special Council)*
3. Date elected *(when applicable)*
4. Date appointed *(when applicable)*
5. Term end date
6. Wallet Address
