6	[0] Governance Framework	Governance Proposal	Referendum	1

Proposals are the method of effecting change to the items within this Framework and governance across Slingshot DAO.

All proposals must follow one of the proposal types and meet the universal proposal requirements defined herein.

[6.1] Universal Proposal Requirements

All proposals must at minimum include the following headings and detail:

1. Summary: A few sentences summarizing the Proposal.

2. Author(s): Identify who contributed to the Proposal and who is submitting the Proposal.

3. Sponsorship: Verify or identify and provide a signed statement from the Special Council member(s) or Guiding Contributor(s) who have agreed to sponsor the Proposal, as applicable. See [6.2.2] Sponsorship Requirements.

4. Type: State the type of Proposal, e.g., Initiative, Grant, Governance or Economic. See [6.3] Types of Proposal.

5. Community Incentive: Explain why the Community should implement the Proposal.

6. Risks: Highlight any potential risks involved with implementing the Proposal.

7. Rationale: Explain how the proposal benefits the DAO and furthers the Foundation’s mission.

8. Key Terms: Include an explanation of any unique terms included within the Proposal, if applicable.

9. Specifications: Provide a detailed breakdown of the platforms and technologies required to implement the Proposal (this may also include the steps to implement the Proposal).
