The Voting Mechanism and Voting Strategies for Slingshot DAO are managed within the Governance Framework herein.

Slingshot DAO uses Snapshot.org as the voting mechanism for Governance.

Custody to make changes to the Snapshot space and its parameters are managed by a DAO multisignature wallet. See [8] Treasury.

Within the DAOs Snapshot space, votes can be authored by any of the following members:

1. Any currently serving Guiding Contributor

2. Any currently serving Special Council member

3. Any wallet address that holds greater than 10,000,000 Voting Power as per the Authorship Voting Power Calculation. (See [7.4.3] Voting Power Calculations)

A vote should only be setup using one of the Voting Strategies defined within this governance framework. See [7.2] Voting Strategies.
